This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for utilizing the Linkfie SaaS platform. Linkfie is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) link-in-bio tool. As a user of our software, you agree to strictly follow these rules to ensure the safety and integrity of our community.
Linkfie is not a marketplace and does not facilitate commercial transactions between users and their audiences. Linkfie only provides software tools for creating and managing personal profile pages.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may strictly NOT use Linkfie for any of the following purposes:
Illegal & Harmful Content
- Illegal Activities: Planning, organizing, or engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
- Copyright Violations: Sharing links to pirated software, stolen media, or any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Malware & Phishing: Using the platform to distribute spam, malware, phishing links, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
- Fraud or Scams: Participating in deceptive practices, financial fraud, or fake giveaways.
Prohibited Content Types
- Adult & Pornographic Content: Hosting, promoting, or linking to sexually explicit imagery, pornography, NSFW chatbots, or any adult content of any kind.
- Cryptocurrency & NFTs: Promoting, selling, or advertising cryptocurrency, NFT, or blockchain-related products or investment schemes.
- MLM & Pyramid Schemes: Promoting multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, IBO (Independent Business Owner) schemes, or get-rich-quick programs.
- Regulated Substances: Linking to or promoting the sale of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, CBD, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals without proper licensing.
- Gambling: Promoting online casinos, sports betting, poker, lotteries, sweepstakes, pay-to-play auctions, or any other gambling-related activities.
- Weapons & Dangerous Goods: Linking to weapon, ammunition, or other dangerous goods sales without proper licensing and legal compliance.
- Counterfeit Goods: Promoting, advertising, or linking to counterfeit or replica products.
- Private Label Rights (PLR) / Master Resell Rights (MRR): Promoting products or content that you have obtained a license to resell but do not hold original intellectual property rights for.
Prohibited Business Models
- Marketplace Use: Using your Linkfie profile to act as a marketplace, "partnering" to list or sell others' products or services.
- Service Sales: Using Linkfie to directly sell professional services such as consulting, design, web development, marketing, legal, financial, real estate, or other services. (Linkfie may only be used to direct visitors to your external platform where services are sold.)
- Job Boards or Dating Sites: Operating a job listing board, recruitment service, or dating/matchmaking service through your Linkfie bio page.
- IPTV Services: Promoting or distributing unauthorized IPTV or streaming services.
- Newsletter Advertising: Selling advertising slots within newsletters, websites, or social media posts through Linkfie.
- Homework / Essay Mills: Offering academic assignment, essay, or homework completion services.
- Regulated Financial Services: Promoting mortgage, lending, debt-relief, collections, banking/financing, currency exchange, telemarketing, or similar regulated services without proper licensing.
- Timeshares: Promoting or selling timeshare properties.
2. User Responsibility for Linked Content
Linkfie is a software tool that allows users to display links to external websites. You are solely responsible for the content of all external links you add to your Linkfie profile page. By using Linkfie, you represent and warrant that:
- All linked content complies with applicable laws and this Acceptable Use Policy.
- You hold all necessary intellectual property rights or licenses for the content you link to or promote.
- Your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
3. Enforcement and Account Suspension
We reserve the right to investigate any reported violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Linkfie may immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be engaged in prohibited activities, without prior notice or refund. Repeated or severe violations may also be reported to our payment processing partners.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a Linkfie profile that violates this policy, please report it to our trust and safety team immediately by emailing hello@linkfie.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 48 hours.
