A. Definitions and Service Scope

• Linkfie ("Service"): A cloud-based SaaS platform that enables users to manage their digital identity by consolidating multiple links into a single customizable page and tracking visitor analytics.
• Not a Marketplace: Linkfie is not a marketplace and does not facilitate any financial transactions, commerce, or product sales between users and their audiences. Linkfie is solely a software tool for creating and managing personal profile pages.
• User: Any individual or legal entity that creates an account and/or uses the Linkfie platform.
• Content: Any text, links, images, graphics, videos, or materials added, uploaded, or linked by users to the Linkfie platform.

B. Account Creation and Age Requirement

To use Linkfie and create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

C. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

Users are obligated to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. In the event of severe violations (e.g., sharing illegal content, spam, impersonation), Linkfie reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

For minor violations that do not constitute illegal activity, the user will be given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation (notified via email) before any suspension or termination.

Important: The user bears sole responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, and legal compliance of all links and content added to their bio page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: Adult or pornographic content; cryptocurrency/NFT promotions; multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes; gambling; distribution of malware or phishing links; selling physical goods, regulated substances, counterfeit goods, or any other activity restricted by Lemon Squeezy's Prohibited Products policy or Stripe's Restricted Businesses. D. Billing and Subscription (Pro Plans)

• Payment Processor — Lemon Squeezy: All Pro subscription payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By making a payment, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. Linkfie never sees or stores your payment card information.
• Digital Software Product Only: Your Pro subscription provides access to digital software features (SaaS) exclusively. It does not include any physical product, physical service, or consulting of any kind.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled through your account dashboard in advance.
• Price Changes: Any changes to subscription pricing or plan scope will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-platform notification.

E. Data Privacy and Security

Protecting your personal data is our priority. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms of Service. Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR, KVKK, and CCPA standards. The platform uses essential cookies for session management, and analytics data is anonymized and stored on secure servers.

F. Intellectual Property

• Linkfie Assets: The Linkfie name, brand, logo, interface code, and infrastructure software are owned exclusively by Linkfie and may not be copied or resold without permission.
• User Content: Content uploaded by you remains entirely your property. However, by uploading content, you grant Linkfie a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and optimize that content in order to provide the service.

G. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS".
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Linkfie, Linkfie shall not be liable for technical issues arising from hardware or software failures, data loss, or damages arising from third-party links added by users to their profiles.

H. Changes to Terms

Linkfie reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. In the event of material changes, users will be notified via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

I. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits declared annually by the Ministry of Commerce, or by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul for disputes exceeding those limits.
