Welcome to Linkfie ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Linkfie website (www.linkfie.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Linkfie is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We provide digital software tools that allow users to create and manage a single "link-in-bio" profile page to organize their online presence.
Linkfie is NOT a marketplace, NOT an advertising platform, and does NOT sell physical goods. We solely provide digital software infrastructure for personal profile management.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Linkfie. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You are solely responsible for all content, links, text, and media you place on your Linkfie profile. You agree NOT to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We comply with the policies of our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Linkfie Plus is a subscription service billed either monthly or yearly. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your dashboard.
We may change our pricing from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice before any price changes affect your recurring subscription.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests should be sent to hello@linkfie.com and will be processed by Lemon Squeezy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR and CCPA. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Linkfie software, including its design, code, look and feel, and branding, are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software. You retain all ownership rights to the content (text, images, links) you upload to your profile.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkfie is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul, Turkey. Consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
