Important Clarification

Linkfie is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool. A subscription grants you access to digital software features (unlimited links, analytics, themes). We do not sell physical goods. All payments are securely processed by our payment partner, iyzico.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Cayma Hakkı)

Under Turkish Consumer Law (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), digital services that are performed immediately upon purchase are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı). However, at Linkfie, we want you to be completely satisfied with our software.

We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Linkfie Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Linkfie Pro subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard > Settings > Pricing. Canceling your subscription stops the auto-renewal. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Note: Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you are within the 14-day window and want a refund, you must explicitly request one via email.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Eligible: Initial purchases of monthly or yearly subscriptions within the first 14 days.
  • Not Eligible: Renewal payments. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before it renews if you do not wish to be charged again. We send reminder emails before yearly renewals.
  • Not Eligible: Accounts terminated by Linkfie due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service (e.g., spam, illegal content).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@linkfie.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Linkfie account.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our software).
  • Your order reference number (if available).

iyzico Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment provider, iyzico.

Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement. We have no control over this banking delay once iyzico has initiated the refund on our end.
