Important: Linkfie is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. A Pro subscription grants you access to digital software features only — no physical goods or services are provided. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Linkfie, we stand behind the quality of our software tool. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all new Linkfie Pro subscriptions (both monthly and yearly plans).

If you are not completely satisfied with our SaaS platform within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, simply contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Linkfie Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel:

You will continue to have access to all Pro software features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods after the initial 14-day guarantee window has passed.

Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription payment.
Your account has not been terminated for a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.

Refunds are not available for:

Renewal charges beyond the initial 14-day window.
Accounts suspended due to policy violations.
Partial months or unused portions of an annual subscription (after the 14-day window).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, please email our support team at hello@linkfie.com with:

Your account email address
Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
A brief description of your reason (optional, but helpful)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Lemon Squeezy Refund Process
